NIA apprenticeship program is put in place to identify, assist and provide specialized training to committed artists to pursue a professional career in the arts.

 

The NIA Apprenticeship is a high quality, work-based training program for individual who want to develop their prospects and career. The apprentice is trained in all aspects of running a dance school and given in depth insight to the NIA foundation and the artistic and entertainment industry. 

 

Students train under the Directors and senior staff, acquiring teaching skills, assist in classes,  are introduced to dance theories, and exposed to text, dance history, basic anatomy classes and stage work (i.e. performing, aid in set design and construction etc.).
